We operate primarily as an online store, offering a wide selection of products available for purchase from the comfort of your home. However, we also love to connect with our customers in person! You can often find us showcasing our unique crafts and products at various craft fairs and markets. Our animal-inspired gifts are often unique or limited edition. If an item you love is showing as out of stock, please contact us at sales@sophiesshed.co.uk or via our contact us tab. We'll do our best to let you know if we plan to restock or if a similar item is available.

Can you gift wrap this for me?
Absolutely! We offer a professional gift wrapping service to make your present extra special. You can select this option at checkout. If you have any specific requests, please add them to the order notes, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

What if my order arrives broken?
We understand your concern about breakages. Rest assured, we take immense care in packaging your order professionally to ensure it arrives safely. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Please note:

  • We only post orders on working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

  • Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an item, you must follow our Returns Policy. In general:
